Jessaca Turner Stults
Jessaca Turner Stults is the managing member of TSS Capitol Group. She began her legal career as a deputy prosecutor in Marion County, then moved into the arena of governmental affairs. Jessaca worked as the Legislative Director for the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), the State’s largest agency. In 2007, she became General Counsel of FSSA, while maintaining her role as Legislative Director for the agency. Jessaca advocated before the Indiana General Assembly protecting and monitoring FSSA’s interests and was instrumental in the passage of the Governor’s Healthy Indiana Plan, a health insurance program designed for the working poor. Jessaca founded TSS Capitol Group, LLC. in 2010.
